If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 14 working days commencing from the day after delivery. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging and for hygiene reasons- unused and untested. Please quote your order reference when you return your item. You can exercise your right to cancel in writing or by emailing us at email@example.com and NIZZ Cosmetics Ltd will provide you with an address to return the item/s.
The return postage costs for sending products back to us is your responsibility.
For orders not collected from local sorting offices - please note a replacement will not be sent until the original has been returned to us by Royal Mail - this can take up to two weeks from the original posting date. We email the tracking number with the dispatch confirmation so even if Royal Mail fail to leave a post card for attempted delivery you can still check where your order is.
Please note it is the the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct address details. We will not be held responsible for items not received/delayed due to incorrect details being submitted.
Royal Mail guidelines state they do not consider a package lost until 15 working days for the UK or 25 working days for International packages have past. After this period, we will either refund or send a replacement and will then make a claim against Royal Mail. Royal Mail may, in the course of their enquiries, contact you to confirm a lost package. We ask you to respond to their enquiries with out delay.
